At NEITELSHOP, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging and original condition.

Process: Contact us first before returning any item. Do NOT send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds: Once we confirm the issue, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or wrong items: Contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
